We’ll help you map out a plan to fix the problems in your business and get you to the next level. Answer a few questions on our application and then choose a time that works for you.

Building a software business means you will rely on people. A lot. Like… your success basically depends on how you treat others.

Do you feel you’re being rough with those around you? Friends, spouse, kids, clerks, neighbours?

I was rough with my son, as he was starting to act out. I didn’t want him to turn into an entitled lazy boy, that only watches TV and ignores education.

I couldn’t force him, but I thought being rough will motivate him. Well … it didn’t.

Family is the most important thing in my life. So much so, that I’m reaching out to therapy any time I seem to get stuck into a negative pattern.

I reach out for help right away to overcome it as fast as possible. If you afford Netflix, restaurants, and an iPhone, you afford to get better faster.

How else could I sell my coaching services to help others take leaps instead of crawling?

Sorin, my emotional coach, helped me visualize how the way I treat others is a mirror of how I treat myself.

It’s not other people’s fault. No matter what they do.

Nobody deserves to be humiliated or verbally and emotionally abused.

It’s all the life events that built our believes, fears, desires, habits, and personality over time.

From my dad not being there, to my mom telling me she will send me off to him when I did something bad.

Do seeing her crying so often that I had to develop a “get things done no matter what” attitude.

For many of us, growing up, getting things at every cost saved us from bad family patterns.

But in time, we became rough with ourselves. So we learned to have high expectations of others as well.

We’re rough with them because we developed the belief that rough helps us get things done.

But not anymore. Not as adults. You are enough.

Here’s what I’m covering in the video:

✅ How treating others affects your business
✅ What influenced who and how we are now
✅ How to become nicer and happier without fighting to change

Do you sometimes look at your behavior? And you’re thinking, Man, I really don’t think that I behave well, I, I think that I treat others kind of rough.

Do you feel like sometimes when you look at other people, and you see them, treating other people kind of bad, but you look at their life and you’re like, Oh my god, but they have such an amazing life, they’re so happy.

How can that be? Or they’re just it’s just, you know, something, that it’s not their style to be nice with other people? Or is just, you know, those people are really incompetent or, or how can that happen? So, in this video, I want to talk to you why the way that we treat others, is exactly the way that we treat ourselves.

So the way that we treat others is just a mirror onto how we treat ourselves.

And one thing that I that I want to tell you is a little story about my relationships with my relationship with my son set set that is very special boy, and I love him so much.

But I’m being pretty rough with him many times.

And I’m rough with him, and then I regret it so much.

And, and I even did a lot of therapy last year, not for that.

But that was one of the things that I had to learn a lot from.

And what I realized is that, I do treat them like that, because in me I have wounds and in myself, I have been treated in a certain way.

And it turned me into this person that is kinda rough is sometimes, you know, not gentle enough with people.

And I heard sometimes people around me without even knowing that I do it.

So what I want to say with that is, when you look at other people, and you believe that they have it all figured out, and they’re happy, and they’re rich, and they’re, you know, they’re during the beaches, taking photos with whatever their wealth, and they go wherever they want, but then sometimes you see them, or you hear about them that they behave in a certain way with with people around them.

What I came to realize, from my own experience, that that’s who they really are, because the whales, the posing, and all the riches and everything that you can do that requires money.

It doesn’t define who you are actually inside.

When you have a bad relationship with other people, it’s because you have a bad relationship with yourself.

You may not know it, and most people that pose happy and nice.

And they even say it with their words that Yeah, you know, I’m successful and whatever.

In reality, they don’t have a healthy relationship with with themselves.

And what does that mean having a healthy relationship with yourself, it means that you love and accept yourself as you are, instead of just fighting all the time with yourself.

And just trying and, and doing things because even if those things make you successful in terms of they just give you money, or you build a business, a big business, it doesn’t mean that the ultimate goal for which you are actually building that.

Is, is healthy, is that a healthy stage for you? What do I mean? I mean, money and building a business is not the ultimate purpose for absolutely nobody.

So nobody cares.

In fact about the money itself, about the traveling itself about the you know, buying stuff themselves.

Nobody cares about that itself.

The ultimate goal of everything is the happiness is the emotions that you have.

And you can have all those nice things inside you you feel really bad you feel unloved, you feel like you don’t belong, you feel like people don’t like you and and you can you can take that and you can spin it however you want to make you more money or to make you look good.

Like saying that.

Yeah, I’m just you know, I don’t care about what people say.

And so you can spin it no matter how you want, but deep inside you know exactly who you are.

So if you want a true mirror of what’s going on inside you, but you didn’t have the proper time to spend it, looking inside you and understanding who you are, because it’s hard.

Not everybody can do it.

Like I know people that have millions of millions and they seem to have it all figured out, but they don’t spend hours Old Time, or they don’t even want to talk about emotions and what they feel and what that tells me.

And I’m not talking about the fact that, you know, they want to share with me because you know, you don’t share that stuff with anyone.

But they obviously are uncomfortable, and they don’t want talking about those kinds of things.

And they even explicitly say that those are just flops.

And you have to fight that.

Because all that matters is to build businesses and make money and whatnot.

Ultimately, that tells me about the relationship that they have with themselves.

Now, if you are in that situation, what I want to tell you is that use those kind of use those signals, use the way that you when you talk to somebody, and you’ll feel in your gut that it’s not nice, it’s not encouraging, don’t hide it under the under the excuse that while I’m being robbed, because I love them, no, but you’re being rough because you’re being rough with yourself.

Because you believe and you have been taught and programmed to believe that only if you’re rough with yourself, you can achieve stuff.

But if you are being rough with yourself to achieve stuff, once you have achieved those things, you’re not going to be happy.

Because you have been rough with yourself all the time, and you could not be happy with yourself, because you don’t like yourself.

So the ultimate thing that we all want is love and belonging.

And, you know, maybe the hierarchy of needs and you know, the fact that beyond you know all the certainty that you have everything that you need in terms of you know, the basic needs, and then there’s the love and affection and the feeling of belonging.

And beyond that it comes you know, it comes the self esteem and the self actualization self esteem, meaning how you feel about yourself, and stuff like causation, meaning you feeling that you have achieved all you are meant to be and you can be.

And now I used to believe I used to believe strongly until a year ago that, Oh, my God, and this is my best friend really helped me a lot overcome that and has made a huge change.

I used to tell me, yeah, man, but listen, you are happy when you help others.

Because if you help others, you feel good about yourself.

And what Sony, my my best friend, he taught me He’s like, No man.

You cannot feel happy when you help others, but you don’t help yourself.

But you don’t love yourself.

Because that’s just an external thing.

The fact that you the fact that you help others, you know, what, if you don’t have a chance to help others, how happy are you gonna be then.

So you don’t have to find happiness by doing something outside.

You find real, ultimate happiness, when you look inside, no matter how it is, and you accept anything as is, as is, and you still find happiness.

A lot of people are gonna say no, because

you should not stay as you are, you should Yeah,

it’s true, you should not stay as you are.

But if you try to be different, hating yourself, being frustrating yourself, finding yourself, you’re not going to get anywhere.

And just like I said earlier, even if you’re going to get somewhere, you’re not going to be happy because you hate yourself.

So, use those signs.

And a few thought, like I did that you have to do all these things, because people are gonna love you and you’re gonna see results.

And that’s the ultimate calling to help people.

Because that’s what’s gonna make you feel good.

Think again, that is good.

But only if you have had the previous step of fulfilling the love towards yourself.

You know, having love having the feeling of belonging, and especially in there fulfilling the need of love towards yourself first, then you can go out and you can help others and then you can embrace all the self esteem that comes from helping others.

But if you but if you don’t love yourself, all of that is just gonna be a cover up.

It’s never gonna be enough.

So if you want to start a business, if you want to make money if you want to have an impact on the world, if you want to be all you can be, but you haven’t yet spent the time to really look inside you and to see who you are no matter at what stage in your life no matter what, what good or bad things are inside you.

And then I want to tell you right now that you have to address that first.

You have to look inside you spend time know who you are.

And only then you’re going to be able, with all the fight and the results on the success that you want to have, and you strive to get, and it’s good to get, only then you’re going to be able to actually make it serve your ultimate purpose of being happy, otherwise gonna be all for nothing.

And you know, when you fall from somewhere high, it’s way more difficult than when you fall from somewhere where you really low, if you build riches, and if you build relationships with whatever people and you make money, and then you still are unhappy, because you see that you realize all of these and you’re still unhappy, then the the risk of depressions are so big, you see suicidal, and you don’t see as many suicidal thinking in people that you know, maybe are poor, as you see in people that had things that other people already wished for.

And they still got in deep depression and, and maybe even committed suicide, and they had, you know, wealth and whatever, because their previous needs of love, were not fulfilled.

But again, you cannot just look outside, give me love everybody give me a love and you know, praise me so that I have praised and so that I feel good.

No, if you have nothing from outside.

And only what you have inside makes you feel good and happy, then when you build everything else in outside is going to contribute to your happiness, because you do it because you’re happy.

And you want to share and make other people happy as well is not to compensate for your lack of happiness inside.

I’m not saying this by no means for you to judge other people, if you see them behaving bad with with someone else, or if you see them unhappy, although they look like they’ve got it all I’m saying for you to understand that and learn from that, and if possible, even to help now how can you help somebody? if they if they treat to kind of bad? Well, one of the most important things that you do is that tell them you can just tell them and don’t accept it.

And I would, I would even go further than that.

And if you really want to help somebody, because you maybe you spend the time and you realize who you are, and you love yourself as you are.

And that’s why you don’t expect other people do.

You don’t let other people to just disrespect you like that.

I would even do them the real favor and telling them listen, I look at you, and I see maybe these things.

But that’s just a sign that deep inside maybe you don’t love yourself, it’s not.

So it’s not about focusing on what they do is focusing on who they are basically, inside.

And this is the most painful thing is that

the people that have it all figured out, they will never just go out and admit that Yeah, you know, I look inside and I’m frustrated myself.

And I’m you know, and they don’t do that.

Because they feel that they’re going to fall off a cliff if they do that.

So they’re going to continue to keep that image.

They’re rare people and I’ve seen actually people on social media and you know, actors and whatever, that had the courage of saying it.

But you know, when they said it, after that behind the scenes, they went to whatever therapy, they went through all this breakout of, you know, everything that is on social media, and it’s feeding that monstrosity, if you have to achieve stuff and have stuff and actually keeping you empty inside.

And only after they fix that they were able to come outside and say this is what happens to me.

Just like me right now, I wouldn’t have said that.

If I would just feel that, Oh, my, I look inside me and I see that I’m a bad person.

I just hate myself and know in that moment, I couldn’t go out and do it.

Because you feel embarrassed and you feel ashamed.

But once you feel that you somehow start overcome that and in fact is helping other people if you say that, then you can do it.

So people are never going to admit it.

That’s what I’m what I’m trying to say people are not going to admit it.

But if you know if you look inside you right now and you know that you you behave with other people in a way that it’s not really nice.

Don’t just fight that behavior.

look inside and see.

When do you treat yourself like that and when did you start treating yourself like that? And start treating yourself well with and treating yourself what is not buying stuff for you.

Is not giving you money treating yourself Well, is saying, Yes, I know these things, these negative things of what I’m doing.

And I love myself as I am and try to think about what what triggered all this behavior, when did it all start and have that patience with yourself.

It’s not easy.

It’s not, it’s easier to build a business rather than doing this.

But if you, you know, I, as a startup coach, the, the, my main solving approach that helps people that want to build software products, is teaching them how to build something really small first, and validate and even build it without money.

So that’s why everything in life is around this approach of building a small MVP.

So you have to build something small, test it out, nurture yourself nursery, your emotions just a little bit, and then you’re going to see how everything changes, you don’t have to change everything right away your entire life.

Okay, guys, this is all that I wanted to say today.

We just treat others like we treat ourselves.

And that means that you don’t have to just change how you treat others.

It means that you have to change how you treat yourself first.

And then treating others is going to come naturally treat others up in a different way with respect is going to come because that’s who we are.

And if you see somebody else that trees like that, don’t judge them.

Don’t Don’t criticize them for their specific behavior, maybe help them identify what is deep down there for them.

That is, what is that behavior against themselves on? How do they treat themselves like that, but I’m telling you, it’s really hard.

So one of the things that you can do is to protect yourself, if you spend time with people like that, you’re gonna start feeling abused, and you’re gonna start hating yourself, because you’re gonna believe that you deserve that.

Because if they will have success, treat you like that.

And you pay, even treat themselves like that.

And that must be it.

And I have to treat myself like that.

And it’s not true.

So, go clean, do not stay and spend time with people do not learn from people, do not spend time with people, that that you feel that make you treat yourself bad, and makes you treat other people by learn that make that difference.

And rather spend time with people that have what you desire.

In the end, if you desire to build a business and learn for someone that has a business, know if your desire is to, for example, have a family and be happy in your family and you know, have love and you appreciate, you know, traveling with your family and spending time and then you’re going to spend time with people and you want to build a business to help you achieve that basically, or to finance that,

then you’re not going to build a business by learning from somebody that has a crappy life for that doesn’t have a good relationship with their their family or don’t value their family members don’t value friendships, they screw their friends all over the all the time, you cannot do that.

Learn from the people that that have that ultimate thing where you want to get or there on the way towards there and learn from them.

Because otherwise, it may be that the vehicle in itself, building a business that should serve you get the ultimate purpose you know of living a happy life and having good relationships and, and having people in your life and having that harmony.

The vehicle itself is making money is going to become the goal in itself.

And if it does, when you get there, even if you get there, you’re gonna feel empty.

And again, it’s gonna feel like jumping or falling off a cliff.

Okay, that’s it.

Treat yourself with respect.

Spend time understanding and know yourself and then unleash that towards the people around you.

Have a good day, guys.

Bye.

Is selling your software stressful for you? Or are you planning to start a software business, but you’re nervous about the idea of selling?

Many people are afraid of talking one on one with people. For some, just the idea of asking for money is very new and uncomfortable.

In this video, I want to show you a shortcut to making selling easy.

I discovered this when I was doing a lot of startup consulting work, back in the day.

I was working with a software business at a point, and the sales were terrible. Why do we get people that are not our ideal customers inside our funnel, we were wondering…

So we took a look at a few other companies and what were they doing. And that’s how we learned about the power of pre-qualifying our customers.

This helped us double our sales and profits in the next two to three months. That was only the beginning.

Next, we implemented some more small and easy processes that turned our sales around.

Here’s what I’m covering in the video:

✅ How to handle objections
✅ What really involves building an ethical customer first company
✅ When should you give your clients additional tools.

Hey everybody.

In this video, I want to talk to you about how to make it really easy for you to sell your software product.

So if you’re planning to start a business in software, or if you already have one, but you’re thinking about how you can actually take it off the ground, it may be the case that you may be scared or are really nervous about, about selling the product, you’re thinking, how am I going? I mean, building, it seems pretty straightforward.

I mean, either you are going to build it yourself, or we’re going to hire somebody to build it.

But how am I in the end gonna sell because many people are afraid of talking one on one too many people are afraid to simply sell to ask for money, to get money.

So I want to show you a shortcut on how to build a mindset for you to make it very easy for you to sell.

And I remember that I, I discovered this when I was doing mostly consulting work back in the day with multiple startups.

And I point with one of them, I was mainly working with engineering teams and the product teams and building processes around that area, and in time to transition more into helping them build the entire, entire sales funnel as well.

And remember that early in the days, we were looking with this specific goal, with this specific startup business, and we’re talking about why is it so hard to sale? Why do we get people that are not our ideal customer, on our order page on or you know, in support messages, and we are not able to actually sell them.

And then we took a look outside on other companies on other businesses and what were they doing.

And then we realized that what they were doing is an entire psychology based funnel on how to make it really easy to sail using qualification of users out there, so that you’re making sure that people reach out to you only those people that are suitable and have a highest chance to buy.

And I’m gonna draw very shortly here, how that works, and how that helped us really like doubling about two or three months, the number of, the number of sales.

So you’re probably familiar with the fact that the product in itself, your product, is helping your customer either run away from a pain, they’re just running away from it, or they have a desire that they want to run towards.

So they either running away from a certain pen that they have in their business, and they want to overcome that they want to simplify something like that they want to remove some bottlenecks, or they have a big desire that is regarding, I don’t know, a better workflow handling within their business, more clients and etc.

A lot of other positive things that they may want in their business.

Now your product is meant to do just that.

Is meant to help your customer run away from the pain and getting desire or getting desired, depending on the focus of your product.

Now, how do we once we, once we have the entire strategy for your product like that, then you’ve got your customer in your view.

And now you know exactly who your customer is, there are a few things that I learned, that we learned over time working with startups, that helped us really make it so much easier to make them adopt our product, to make them buy our product to believe in it, understand it and then buy it.

And these things was number one: objections.

So the first thing was for us to understand: why doesn’t our customer our ideal customer, why? Why do they think that? Why are they concerned about abroad, like what makes them not go ahead and buy.

They have some objections.

It might be about that they think they, the product is not applicable to them, it may be the fact that it may seem to them that it’s not enough ROI, the product is too expensive.

And then what we understand is that we have to understand all these objections and find a way to overcome them, find a way to show them that you know, actually easy for you to install our product, it’s easy for you to configure our product and and all of these tips that I’m going to give it to you here is about making it easy for them.

Making it easy for them to achieve their desire to use their product and making it hard for them

to go on the path of seeing the future pain anymore.

So making it, make it hard for them to have that pain again, pain again, make it easy for them to make that to achieve that desire to implement that desire.

So objections is, is still, following these two things, an objection may be on how you can make it so easy to implement the product and get the desire or an objection is how you can make it, how you can make it hard to have that pain and how you can block the pain from now on using our product.

So we want to make sure, that we make it as easy as possible for our customer to understand the product and to apply the product.

So the first one is really understanding their objections, and see how we can make it easier for them to understand the product and apply well.

The second one is about the tools.

So another way to make it really easy for your ideal customer to implement your product.

Because this is what you want to do in order for them to, to see the real value in your product and to convert them as easy as possible.

The second thing that you can do is really give them all the tools that they need.

Give them, give them checklists, give them instructions, give them workflows on how to go from here to there, give them all the tools that they may need, and make it really easy for them to apply it.

Now the eight here stands for accountability, what you may want to do is you may want to help them, if they are not able to implement it, you may want to go a step closer to them.

And you may want to understand why are they not able to implement it.

Because if anybody has a fear, anybody has in the back of their mind, they have a reason for which is hard for them.

And even if they already purchased the product, what you want to make sure is that they are actually ending up reaching that desire.

I mean, if you’re an ethical product development, and you want to bring value to people, you don’t just care about selling and getting them in, you care about them, you care about actually getting them the results, having them achieve that desire.

And this is where the accountable counting took place.

Because sometimes on the way, even if you’ve handled their objections about how to about why it’s easy to implement the product, even if it gave them the tools on exactly step by step how to do it.

Sometimes they might be things that you don’t even think about that really blocks them on to how to implement those steps.

Exactly.

Maybe the fact that they’re the fact that they’re all over the place, it may be the fact that they they sometimes this checklist may have multiple options, and they don’t know exactly which one is applicable to them, which one to choose? Should they put a, should they put a webinar video sale on their page, should they create a PDF on their page, let’s say that you’re selling a consulting thing.

So you may have multiple options for them, as part of the specific tasking, maybe they didn’t know exactly what to choose, that’s when accountability is really important.

Now, I wanted to leave this d to the end, because this is something about not doing and this is about distractions.

And this has more to do with the pain of with running away from the pain is the fact that you need to make sure that you tell your customer and somehow you find a way to embed it into your product, that it’s very important for them to not get distracted while they’re using the product, while they’re implementing their product, in order for them to get that desire.

But you know, that’s the difference between a really solid, ethical product business, and one that is focused only on making money, you can just tell them that you can just tell them about the checklist, you can just tell them get things done.

But it’s a different thing to actually talk to them, to understand them to get closer to them, maybe to offer some one on one discussions to really understand deeper what’s going on over there.

So make sure that you find a way to understand their distractions and to remove those distractions.

Again, let’s get into the summary.

Our customers want to run away from the pain they want to get desire.

It’s your responsibility not only to sell them into the product, but to actually make it easy for them to get those results.

And in order to do that.

It helps if you give them a way to overcome any objections, why that might be hard for them to

implement.

You give them all the tools, templates, checklists, anything that would make it easier for them to do it.

Then you make it hard for them to get distracted.

Also by putting some stuff in the product, the way that you design the product, but also by telling them and maybe having a one on one conversation with them.

And the last one accountability, talk to them, try to give them step by step instructions on what to do until next week, check if they did it until next week, be close to your customer because this is one gonna build your brand.

Your reputation is going to turn you into an amazing business that really cares about your customers.

We’ll help you map out a plan to fix the problems in your business and get you to the next level. Answer a few questions on our application and then choose a time that works for you.

Are you just starting, or trying to take your software business off the ground? Do you sometimes notice days passing by and not making significant progress?

Even you have a list with tasks and milestones scheduled, if you’re not making progress it means you are simply not motivated.

I remember a time not long ago when I had a week of almost full work paralysis. It’s when I revisited what truly motivates me.

In one of my recent coaching calls, I noticed that a client of mine was not making the progress that he committed to. But even worse, they didn’t show much worry or discomfort about it.

It was more a sort of apathy…

So I asked them if they had another active money-producing source outside – they did.

Then I asked, what would happen if they moved slower for a period, would there be any concerns for them? They said… No.

Then I asked:

Are you certain there are people out there that really need your product? That would be so relieved to change their current solution with yours?

My client lighted up, and said:

Of course! They need this! They keep buzzing me, I have to do this! I owe it to them!

Sometimes we think we’re doing things for money, for financial freedom, for more time to do what we love. And many times we do.

But what ultimately feels our lives with purpose is making other people’s lives better.

A handshake with gratitude.

The excitement of waiting for a new feature that will conquer a pain.

Here’s what I’m covering in the video:

✅ When is money a motivator
✅ Why isn’t time pressing enough for a founder
✅ How to add value in a snap to your ideal customer and get moving!

Hey guys, I had a cold today with a coaching call with one of my clients.

And we were talking about what motivates the most in the early stages a founder that is building a software.

And we’re talking about a few, a few motivators that are very popular, usually amongst founders that are building software, one of them is money.

And, and we were thinking, listen, if is money really big motivator for you to move faster in the initial stages, to really go out and talk to customers to really build a prototype and then

and then build your MVP.

And, and before that, starting, pre selling, and later on, if you’re building MVP, start selling, why they’re building it, and so on and so forth, and build your marketing funnel and, and, and build entire business step by step and make every week significant progress is money, really, such a big motivation, like, oh, man, I gotta, I gotta do all these things really fast, because I gotta make money really fast, because I don’t have food at home.

The reality is that it’s not most people that build software business don’t build it, because they need food on the table.

And unless they build a software, they’re gonna have that food on the table.

No, most people have already jobs or, or they already have businesses.

And the reason for which they want to start and build the software is because they want to get a real financial freedom, they want to boost their business a lot by adding a software onto it, they want to, you know, they want to make money without being in the office just by selling and making a scalable business that goes on without them.

And that’s the main reason and just having some food on the table, it’s not gonna motivate someone to make that critical initial feedback.

Next, we’re thinking about his time, though, is, is you know, the fact that I’m turning 40.

And I have to have that softer out there, because I’m gonna go, I’m gonna, I’m getting old, and I’m not going to be healthy, and I’m not going to have the energy or someone’s just standing by me and is going to shoot me if I don’t build it this week, or his software’s are going to sell out opportunities to build software are just gonna vanish if I don’t build it in the next month.

Now, that’s not it.

So out of curiosity, towards the end, what is the biggest motivator for for founders, and what I found is that the biggest motivator is connection with people is getting results to people is building something that gets results to other people and seeing those results, you get so attached, you see them, you know, wow.

So happy that, that you help them save time or save money or, or get, you know, more accuracy in the process that they’re following in their business with their software, you’re just making their life easier.

And that seeing that result is what pumps your heart and really makes motivates you to move on and get more and more done.

And the question here is, what’s the earliest stage where you can actually get these, you know, attachments and results with your customers so that, you know, you see the results and you do something for them, you see results, then you build a little bit more, and then you see results.

And then you build a little bit more? Do you have to build an actual software in order to do that? And the truth is that no, you don’t have to even when you don’t have absolutely anything.

And the only thing that you have is the idea.

It’s a pain that you assume that is real.

And if you just go out there and do market research, and you and you go on Amazon, you look over the comments, and you go in Facebook groups, and you see people complaining about the problem that that you think that they’re having, and that confirmed God.

Yeah, they do indeed have this problem.

And what is the value that you can offer going in all these places and seeing that seeing the pain and seeing the problem? I mean, when you’re building a problem anyway, you’re going to implement a specific solution in it, for example, making something faster, making something more accurate, making something better, adding more information to a process, giving them a specific blueprint or path on how to do certain things, specific guidelines, and your software product is doing that for them.

But that doesn’t mean that you cannot do those things even without a software.

So what I would say is in order for you to get as motivated as possible to make those critical initial steps that gives you the momentum on building a software product.

Go to your customers to your target customers where they are, validate and confirm that they have that pain and start right there adding value, give them and tell them about the method that you’re selling.

planning to use in your software product? Did you know that if you did you know that if you chat on your website with your customers 20 seconds later, after they get onto your website, their engagement is going to increase with 200%.

Well, let me tell you how you can do that even without a chat or with or how you can apply this principle, even with your existing customers to improve how they are currently running their business and go into the middle of the problem that your software you’re planning to solve.

And give them some value right there without even having your software, give them something about the method, something that they can manually do something that they that can improve their lives, that can add value to them right there.

And then and this way, you’re going to get attached to them.

This way, they’re going to see you as a thought leader.

This way, they’re going to get interested in you, they’re going to whatever add you on Facebook This way, you can just build up a landing page with with an E book or something where you explain those steps.

And they’re going to give you your email addresses.

And later on, when you have the idea more articularly you have your prototype, ready to pre sell, then you can go back to them and actually pre sell them your product, but you already gave them some value.

So do this right now, if you have an idea, and if you didn’t have that momentum yet.

Go talk to them, help them right where they are right now.

become friends with them get attached, let them contact you respond to them, build those relationship, get out of your time, because this is what’s going to motivate you the fact you see someone needing your help reaching out for help.

The fact that you become a thought leader, you become someone that helps out that’s going to motivate you.

And that’s going to give you even the leads for when you have the next step.

You’re going to already go ahead and give them the next value and the next value and at a point, you’re going to be ready to sell them.

So go ahead and implement that if you need any help.

If you already have an idea, don’t exactly what the next steps are.

Feel free to book a call with me.

You may see a link under this video somewhere or just DM me and we’re gonna look at your business.

We’re going to see your idea.

I’m going to see what’s the best next step and if there’s anything we can do to help you out.

Go ahead, build that momentum bye, bye!

We’ll help you map out a plan to fix the problems in your business and get you to the next level. Answer a few questions on our application and then choose a time that works for you.

Is building a software product or a business in general a dream of yours, but you’re thinking it’s too big for you?

Are you paralyzed by tasks? Disappointed in yourself, feeling like a failure?

I want to share with you what I found as the biggest secret to achievement, to getting things done, to overcoming procrastination.

For a long time I felt like a failure.  Watching with envy how other people’s achieve their dreams, but haven’t yet achieved mine.

One of the most inspiring stories for me, that cracks my voice every time, is the story of Moana, from the Disney movie with the same name…

Moana restores the heart of a goddess, that turned into a monster after her heart was stolen.

For the first time I found in a story this concept that I’ve learn over time. The biggest secret to achievement, to getting things done, to overcome procrastination.

It’s not a visualization, it’s not a goal, a struggle. It’s the most real thing about you right here, right now.

The simple fact that you can think and articulate what you want, and believe it’s doable it’s the proof that it’s in you, it’s who you are to make that a reality.

So what I do when I struggle with something to get it done, small or big, I look inside me, and tell myself – I accept that getting this done it’s in me, it’s who I am, and al I have to do is unleash it.

I don’t fight to do something, I just set aside what’s keeping me from it.

Here’s what I’m covering in the video:

✅ Why what you do doesn’t define who you are
✅ How to get things done without effort
✅ When does trying to get things done become a blocker itself

Hey guys, in this video, I want to talk to you about something that is very dear to me.

I mean, I’ve made a lot of videos about productivity and about getting things done about overcoming procrastination.

And in this video, I want to talk to you about the ultimate tip, like the the ultimate method that I’ve used myself over over time, and it’s the one that has worked the best.

Now the reason for it, it was kind of hard for me to make this video is because it’s a little philosophical, it took me a while for me to even articulate it.

But definitely, it’s the one that that that has worked the most for me.

So if you’ve had a dream, or you still have a dream that maybe you didn’t, you didn’t turn it into reality.

And I personally know how frustrating that is, when you know that maybe you’re you’re meant for something or maybe you’re good at something or, you know, you really want to build a business or you want to achieve something special, and you know that it’s doable, you know that it’s out there, a lot of people have done it, and it just doesn’t happen to you.

I know, I really know how frustrating that is.

It’s like, I always felt like a failure.

When I was thinking about my dream, the fact that I simply cannot seem to achieve it, to bring in the reality.

Now, even if you’re thinking about small tasks, or or you know, just projects that just you procrastinate on, and I’ve talked about my five minutes method, I’ve talked about listening to your emotion listening to the points to the pain sitting with a pain, I don’t believe in laziness.

Now, this one that I’ve been taught, and this one that I’m going to talk about right now.

It’s the it’s the best of all, it’s my ultimate tip.

And here it is.

So I was so surprised when I saw a movie together with my kids mana.

And it was for the first time when I saw put in was story.

Actually this philosophy they want to talk to you about.

And let me just tell you a little bit about the story from Juana.

So one is the girl of a chief leading a Polynesian tribe called, what was it called, Mata Nui.

Yeah, and these guys were worshipping a goddess called te fiti.

Now Maui has told Maui a demigod has told to feed his heart, a rock that will symbolize her heart.

And, and he did that in order to bring more creativity to people.

And that’s what helped actually people.

But at the same time, this thing taking the heart out from Te fiti, their goddess just disintegrated her.

So over millennia, things got worse.

And the island their island started having problem with it, they’re there.

Their vegetation was getting destroyed, they didn’t have any more food and nothing was growing anymore.

They couldn’t fish anymore.

So everything was on the brink of collapse, like with their, with their plants and everything.

So the the ocean has chosen Moana to take back the heart, the Te Fiti thinking that that’s what’s actually going to fix everything being the Goddess.

And you know, through a series of challenges, she actually goes and finds the heart to get from Maui.

And then together with Maui is trying to go and try to return it to, to Te Fiti.

And while they were trying to reach out to Te Fiti and put the heart back to her so that everything goes back to normal.

They have to they have to go over this demon of the ocean called Taka.

And they try to fight them and like this fire spitting demon.

And at a point in the middle of this fight, when it goes on, I’m on a top on an island.

And it looks and she realizes that two feet it is no longer there like an island representing two feet or something like that.

And it’s no longer there.

And she realized that it’s gone.

Like there’s no way for her to reach the Goddess.

And then she lifts up the the heart the the rock, and, and there’s this ray of light and she turns toward the monster Taka.

And then she knows this is a big scar on Taka.

And she just tells the water to the ocean to to split into just like Moses, and she tells water let Taka come to me.

And then she walks through the war and everything goes slow mo and there’s this amazing music, nice music.

And you see Taka going towards her ready to rip her apart.

She was just a ball of fire.

And then there’s this moment when she actually realized that that monster that demon was actually the goddess Te Fitit it.

But because she didn’t have the heart anymore She transformed into this monster and as you was slowing, going slow motion towards Taka.

And she’s starting to sing this song nice song and, and the words go like this, I have crossed the horizon to find you, I know your name, they have stolen the heart from inside you.

But this does not define you.

This is not who you are, you know who you are.

So the biggest secret to achievement is really understanding who you truly are.

And she puts the heart like this monster two car calms down, she puts the heart in and transformed into fee and everything goes back to normal.

And what I learned from that, or life, what actually is the reality that this story presented so nicely in just go and watch this movie, is that the biggest secret to achievement to getting things done and to overcome procrastination, it’s not a visualization, oh, I believe in visualization, it’s not pushing through, it’s not setting goals, it’s not struggling, it’s not just aren’t gonna do it.

It’s actually a very real thing, a very easy thing.

And that’s the simple fact that if you are able to think about something that you want, if you’re able to just articulate and to say it into words, and if you believe that that thing that you want is actually doable, that is the only proof that you need to know that it’s in you to achieve it.

You don’t need anything else.

The only thing that you need at that point is not to do something, it’s still let what’s in you actually get unleashed to make it happen.

I mean, I know that is pretty difficult maybe to comprehend.

But in the day to day, what I’ve experienced myself is that if I struggle with something so hard, and I push myself, and sometimes I I judged myself and I hate myself for for not being able to do it.

And then I just stop.

And I realize if I’m able to articulate what needs to be done, and if this is something doable.

It’s in me, it’s already in me everything I need, and the solution, it’s already in me, I just need to come down and get it done.

It’s not about struggling to do something.

It’s about removing everything else.

It’s not about pushing through.

It’s just unleashing let yourself be who you are.

You love it, you love doing that thing, the only thing that stays between you and actually doing it.

It’s all these distractions, it’s all these things that try to come over you and it’s, you know, overwhelming you.

And that’s why we need that time alone.

We need that time to meditate.

We need that time to just calm down and look inside ourselves and see that capacity, that ability that’s in you.

You don’t have to fight it.

You don’t have to put any effort.

You just need to accept it and unleash it.

Put it out there.

Just don’t let other stuff get in the way.

That’s the ultimate secret that I’ve had in my life for getting things done.

I’ve had it I have a lot of weird situation in my life growing up within my family and mindset and through everything that I’ve gone through and I’ve realized that this is it.

Finding, struggling being in pain, punishing yourself, it’s never gonna make it.

But building what you already are and unleashing that’s gonna make it so easy and it’s going to build the belief in you and you just need to unleash it.

We’ll help you map out a plan to fix the problems in your business and get you to the next level. Answer a few questions on our application and then choose a time that works for you.

Are we grateful enough for those helping our business grow? Do you sometimes feel that there’s nothing to be grateful about?

When was the last time  when out of the blue someone did something nice and unexpected for you?

A neighbour cleaned up your alley, or offered to pick up your kids from school…

You don’t owe them anything, you don’t pay them, yet they do something nice for you.

But there are also people in our lives that we’re expecting things from. Like our parents or spouse…

We sometimes take them for granted because they are “suppose” to be there for us. Are you sometimes tempted to see them like that?

And not appreciate them enough because of those expectations?

But there’s even a deeper level.

I want you to ask yourself if you’re grateful for the people that you’re actually paying.

Like contractors, employees, or vendors.

You may be thinking… Why should I be grateful? They should be! I’m paying them!

Money is a tool for the exchange of benefits.

But money doesn’t define humanity in itself.

Being grateful, appreciating, loving someone, is what defines us as humans.

Bring this human touch into the day to day life of your business. It will make your business grow like you never imagined.

Because you’re going to attract more people like that around you.

There are four reasons to be grateful for people that provide you a service.

1. They are helping you with their service.

Imagine if they disappear. All the hassle that you will have to go through to get other people to do what they did.
They save you a ton of search

2. Some of those people are actually caring about you and your success.

They’re passionate about what they do. That’s an extra benefit for you and for your business

3. Sometimes they help you with a smile on their face.

They’re happy, they make us feel good, they make us feel encouraged, they make us feel excited.

4. Some even go the extra mile.

You may get to a point where you cannot pay them for a while. Or you need something extra done, or faster, or at a different time or day. And they accommodate you.

People don’t have to owe you anything for you to be grateful for them. Don’t feed the entitlement pandemic.

Be grateful for every single level of involvement that people have in your life. No matter if you pay for it or not. And this may be what makes them give more.

But even if they don’t, be human, and attract the right kind of people.

In this video I want to talk to you about who should you really be grateful for.

I know that it’s easy for us to be grateful for people around us that do something like out of the blue people that you do not expect them to do something for you, people that you do not owe them anything like if a neighbor cleans up your alley, or if someone offers to pick up your kids from school, and you know that you don’t owe them anything, you don’t pay them for anything, they just offered to do something nice for you.

But there are also people in our lives that we think in a way that we should not be grateful for them.

Because you know, they should do certain things like, maybe you’re not grateful enough for your parents, because they’re like, well, they’re my parents, they were supposed to take care of me or grateful for your spouse that, hey, she is supposed to do that.

Like we’re splitting things.

And we’re splitting chores, and we’re splitting responsibilities around the house.

But I want to talk about even deeper than that, I want to talk about grateful being grateful for people that you’re actually paying for.

And I want to talk about, for example, contractors or employees or, or any vendor that is around you.

And you may be thinking that, well, you know what I’m paying for that, like, why should I be grateful, they might as well be grateful, because because I’m paying for them, and they have money, whatever to do whatever you want, because I am paying for their services, which they should be grateful for me.

And I want to run or remind you about a few things, why we need to be grateful for those people, even if, even if we pay for them as well.

And you know, money is just an it’s an exchange of services.

But money doesn’t define humanity in itself.

But gratefulness being thankful, appreciating, loving someone that is what defines a real human in us.

And if we bring this human touch into the day to day life of our businesses, this is what’s going to make our life’s tribe This is what gonna make your business really grow.

Because you’re going to attract more people like that around you.

And I’m gonna talk about four levels of gratitude and of people around us that wished that we should still be grateful for the first one are people that you know, they just provide services to us, you pay them, that’s it, they don’t do anything else, they just provide service for us.

And why it’s important for us to be grateful is because even if they wouldn’t be there for us, if if they simply would disappear, and they will not be there for us imagine all the hassle that you would have to go through to get other people to do it to do that work.

So level one is just the fact that they are there for us, it saves us a ton of search a ton of you know, hassle and just without it’s, it’s good for us to be grateful than those people around us.

The second one is some of those people actually caring about us, some of those people really care about our success, some of those people actually care about our business and we see them line up.

Because, you know, they’re passionate about it, they do their their jobs, and they do their their work with passion.

And that puts an extra benefit for you for your business for my business as well.

Now, the third level is the fact that they do it sometimes with a smile on their face, not just they’re doing a good job.

And they’re, and they care about the real success and the goal of our company.

But this third layer is about the fact that they have a smile on their face, they are happy, they make us feel good, they make us feel encouraged, they make us feel excited.

And the fourth level over there is the fact that they go the extra mile some of these people, even if it gets to a point where you cannot maybe pay them or you cannot pay them for a while or, or you just need something done out of the ordinary rules of the engagement that you have with them, they are willing to do the extra mile.

And how amazing is that when someone that you might as well be paying for but they’re doing something extra than it’s actually agreeing between you two.

So I want to remind you this people don’t have to owe you anything for you to be grateful for.

But even if even if you do something for someone else, you can not just expect that everything is happening for you, you you should not be entitled in that way.

We should be grateful for every single level of involvement that people have in our lives.

No matter if you pay or not for that’s going to define the humanity of your business and it’s going to attract other people like that.

I hope you enjoy this if you need any help around bringing the right people in your team to book a call with me or have a chat with me, grab me for a call and let’s make it happen for you.

Have a great day guys.

Bye bye!

We’ll help you map out a plan to fix the problems in your business and get you to the next level. Answer a few questions on our application and then choose a time that works for you.

Do you wish you knew how to code? Thinking that it would make it easier to start a software business if you do?

I was having a conversation with a friend yesterday, and they told me the story of a technical founder.

To clarify, we call technical founder someone that can write code themselves.

So this founder took two years to build the app and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars building it.

But this founder was not the only developer. They hired a few other developers to make things move “faster”.

Finally, the launch day came, they hired a few sales reps and crickets…

No one bought.

If you want to learn what makes it harder for a technical founder to build a software business, click here to watch my brand new video!

Here’s what I’m covering in the video:

✅ Why most technical founders don’t speak to customers
✅ How to let go of coding when it makes sense
✅ When does knowing how to code become a roadblock

Hey everybody.

In this video, I want to talk to you about why it’s harder for non technical founders to build software businesses.

And what it’s more special about technical founder.

Why do people think that if you’re a technical founder, it’s, you have a higher chance to build a successful business wide, that is actually not true.

I was just talking about, about a specific founder today with a few with a few friends of mine.

And one thing that came about was this founder was a technical founder, I spend a few $100,000 to build a software and they spend it for about two years.

And only after about two years, they actually put it in the wild, they, they put it out there in front of customers, and they realize that no one actually was buying it.

And that comes to the first point on why it’s harder for technical founders to actually build software businesses not to build software, but to build software businesses.

And that is the fact that technical founders are less sociable.

The fact that technical founders are less sociable means that they,

they don’t like spending time talking to customers, it’s it’s a little bit uncomfortable for them to go out there and just spend time and talk to people talk to their potential customers.

They like hanging out with the technical people that I hang out with, with the developers, they like talking about technical things, they just like building things.

Now, I’ll make a disclaimer, this is in general, what I’ve seen, it doesn’t mean that your technical founder is not going to make it.

It’s true that most people that start businesses, or software business are technical founders.

So I’m not talking about final percentage of people that are more successful than others.

I’m just talking about why it’s harder for people that are technical founders, to start businesses software business and not to write code, not to build software, but to build a business around the specific software.

So they’re more analytical, and it’s way more difficult for them to spend time talking to talking to people and people talking to customers.

The second reason is, is that they tend to be more focused on the solution, it comes back from the same thing, the passion of building something, the passion of writing code, the passion of, you know, making something happen there, they tend to be focused on building the solutions.

They also, most technical founders come from the background of working in agencies and working for other product companies, where most probably everything was already clear.

And that makes a little bit more difficult.

They, they just like to receive the things they need, like information, details, requirements, and then just build it.

The third thing is that technical founders tend to be more perfectionist, they like to build everything completely, they like to make a feature as nice as it can be spend as much time as needed in order to build that feature, to make themselves proud of, of everything that they that that feature can actually

put out there and make as a benefit for the final end user.

So it’s kind of difficult for them to limit themselves to how much work can they put into a specific feature.

They’re used to having all the requirements from previous gigs or from previous jobs or from previous roles in working in companies.

So they just like to, you know, build it exactly as it was given to them.

Another reason is technical founders find it pretty hard to let go.

Let go of, for example, the fact that they’re the ones building the code.

It’s easier, financially, many times to just delegate coding and just hire subcontracted developer at a point.

It’s very difficult to do that when you are yourself a technical person, because you know, best, right? It’s your baby, it’s your product.

Usually, developers that are good at coding are the ones that actually want to start.

They want to build products.

So it’s pretty hard to let go and put the coding in the hands of somebody else.

And letting go of that is sometimes difficult, but at the same time, it’s not cost efficient.

You as a founder at points, it may be way more beneficial for you to do other things, strategic things just to do architecture,

and then delegate the actual coding delegate actual work of developing that product to somebody else.

So it’s a little difficult.

No, no, no.

It’s a

Very difficult for someone to just let go with their development in the hands of somebody else when they actually could do it themselves.

And they know how to do it.

And the last thing that I want to tell you about why it’s hard for technical founders to build businesses around their software product, is the fact that business is not the same thing with an app, just building an app this and turn it into a business, just the fact that you really good at building an application, having everything all the requirements around it.

It’s not the same thing with how you build a business, when you build a business, the main thing that you’re looking at is the problem, the main thing you’re trying to validate is the problem.

And only then later on, after you talk to the customer, after you, you’re really passionate about helping them, you go ahead and and start building a little bit of the solution that you have in mind.

And then again, go and talk to your customer.

So I mean, although is so much cheaper in a way to build an application, if you’re a technical founder, because the biggest expense when you’re building a software product is around staff and around, you know, paying someone to build it.

At the same time, it’s the most difficult from the perspective of you know,

how challenging it is to talk to people from the skill set perspective from,

from trying to like go, it’s just way more difficult.

So the best is if you can, you know, as a technical founder, if you can find a way to go through these things, and try to detach yourself, and see yourself now, as a business owner, see yourself now, as an entrepreneur, rather than see yourself as a developer, development is just a skill that you have to make sure that you put it exactly in the right place in the context of building your software business.

So if you’re a developer, if you’re a technical person, make sure that you cover these areas, make yourself comfortable talking to people make yourself comfortable with building just very small things and not perfect and then to letting go.

And if you’re a non technical founder, understand that you may have actually a very good chance and being helped by the fact that you’re not that click on yourself, because these things may come way more natural for you.

Indeed, you’re gonna have to delegate development.

But there’s so many great ways to approach that even if you don’t have any funding for you to just use an early adopter funds by building you know, a mock a prototype and go in and pre selling your product.

So that should not be a problem.

If you have any questions while building a software business, feel free to book a call with me and we can talk in more details about it.

My name is Aristotel Dascal from gostartup.io and see you around.

Bye bye

We’ll help you map out a plan to fix the problems in your business and get you to the next level. Answer a few questions on our application and then choose a time that works for you.

What do you do when you need to fix something fast and for good, but don’t know how?

A few years ago we bought our first house here in greater Vancouver. As with any house under $1 million, it needed massive repair.

I had a few people helping me, and I enjoyed working on it myself… But we got to the drywall.

I realized that with the current team, there was no way we can finish in time.

With 3 kids and during the winter, that was a big problem.

So I started doing some math, of how much it would really cost me to use a cheap team.

The risk of not finishing in time was way higher.

The risk of having to patch things up later with the family moved in was way higher and would be way more expensive.

It would take them longer to finish the job, so I would have to get a hotel room or another rental.

The stress of moving around and living out of luggage was killing me.

The uncertainty would make my whole family very uncomfortable and whine all the time.

Any bad family event has 10x higher chance to stick over time.

Sacrificing for my family, yet them having bad memory was meaningless.

Being stressed I would not have my best results on my business.

Any bad result in my work would affect my finances a lot.

The math has spoken. I picked up the phone and called the best drywaller, with the best results and great reviews.

When I switched from consulting to building a product, I said to myself:

I know what I’m doing – it’s the same industry, I’ll do it myself…

I watched YouTube videos that had me spend hundreds of hours of scattered content.

I bought cheap programs that gave me some decent knowledge. But no step by step specific business blueprint, and absolutely no support.

I connected with people that never had time to share with me their tips.

Guess what happened…

I had less time for my consulting business, so lost a lot of opportunities…

Got more anxious and frustrated. And I started stressing my whole family.

Guess what memories they have now about their daddy building his new business??

I was alone, had no confidence, and felt miserable…

Here’s what I’m covering in the video:

✅ What can money really buy
✅ How to use money to make money
✅ Why certainty is the only thing you need
✅ How trying to save money

I was thinking how important it is to have time with a family, especially when you’re building.

It’s so hard, especially when you have more than when you have one with disabilities, they take a lot of your time.

When I started this business, I paid $10,000, for a coaching program, I was so certain about the business that I want to start, I was so certain that I can start a business and that I want to start in this particular business, that I wanted to get the best possible help, so I can build it as soon as possible.

I didn’t care about going on YouTube and finding all the free stuff.

I didn’t care about going on Udemy or going to boot camps or going to incubators.

No, I cared about getting the best possible thing, the best possible person that can help me build this business as soon as possible, that can push me so I can build it as soon as possible.

Why? Because I want the highest chance of success.

I want to spend time with my kids, I want to build a business that is on autopilot as much as possible to set up processes as soon as possible to spend as little time needed on it.

And make sure that the time that I spent on it is with the highest possible value so that I can spend time with these little ones.

And you know why? Because Time flies by as we build a business with so much time into it.

And after years and years, we’re gonna think about it.

And we’re gonna say listen, did I spend enough time with a family? The only thing that everybody says, as they go on as they grow older, and toward the end of their life is they are sorry, they didn’t spend more time with their families more time.

I’m turning 40 this year, I want to spend as much time as possible with my family, I want to put the highest possible value in my business in the smallest amount of time.

So I hire no now the cheapest thing, not the most affordable thing at that time for me, I borrowed money, I believed that I was going to be successful.

And I am so I don’t regret it at all.

So what I’d say is when you’re thinking about doing something, building something that you really believe in, get the thing that is going to get you the highest chance of success.

Don’t look at money, because money replenishes you can get a credit card even if it has high interest.

You can get lines of credit.

If you believe in yourself, if you believe in your potential.

If you believe that that person that is going to help you is a really solid one, then there’s absolutely no reason for you to fail.

Absolutely no reason you’re gonna struggle on the way.

That’s what it’s meant to be.

That’s how business is.

If it’s easy, it means that there’s something just for a short amount of time.

No business is easy.

Business does challenges.

So again, get whatever is the best possible thing.

Don’t cheap out.

Money is a tool.

It’s not meant to be consumed.

It’s meant to be invested.

Spend time with dear ones guys, save time, save time, not money, make money and save time.

We’ll help you map out a plan to fix the problems in your business and get you to the next level. Answer a few questions on our application and then choose a time that works for you.

Are you risk-averse but you want to start your own business? Here’s why building a software product is the best business choice for that.

Did people around you tell you that you need a lot of money?

That you’re at a point in your life that starting a (new) business is too risky?

I didn’t grow up surrounded by entrepreneurs. My parents, and their parents, and the entire close family were employees.

As I grew up, I became very risk-averse.

“What if you invest money and spend so much time, and it doesn’t work? You’re good in school, just hold on to that…”

The jobs that I had didn’t help either. Corporations, large software companies, made it feel so unreachable…

Don’t even get me started about going to the bank, and asking for a loan.

Their stories of business failure scared me probably the most…

“70% of businesses that take a loan, fail”, they said.

But how do all these hoodie-dorks in Silicon Valley make money building apps?

That’s how I started to learn about building a software product business in small cycles.

To a risk-averse person, like I was, this was a God-sent! The control, the process, made complete sense to me.

If you want to are risk-averse but have decided to build a business, click here to watch my brand new video!

Here’s what I’m covering in the video:

✅ What steps do you take in each small iteration
✅ How do validate your idea in iterations
✅ How pre-selling helps with your risk-adversity

One of the nicest thing is about building a software business, when you’re risk adverse? Is that actually, the most successful software businesses or business entrepreneurs are the ones that build in small iterations.

So you want to make sure that you build the right thing.

So if you’re risk adverse, that goes really hand in hand, the fact that you don’t want to risk money, and you want to put just a little bit at a time, it goes very well hand in hand with the fact that you have to build very small and come and test every single step that you’re making, to make sure that your customer is really needs, exactly what you’re trying to build.

So for all people that are risk averse out there, don’t worry, this is the safest way to build a business, the safest way to build a software, because everything about software business is building small, building in small iterations.

When you start and you have just an idea, you go and you talk to your customers, you make a list of ideas and go a list of questions and you go and you talk to your target customers, see how they react to them.

iteration number two, you come back home, you add more ideas, you add more questions, or you take a few questions out.

So the questions, creating the questions and interviewing the customer.

It’s an iteration based process.

The next step, let’s say that you’re starting to make some drawing based on their feedback, you make some drawings, you go to them, you come back, you polish a little bit, the drums, you change some things, your back to them, then you want to add a little bit of design on those drawings.

You go to the customer, you go to other people that are better at design, you come back, you polish them, you improve them, you go back to the customers, you know, and this is, this is not hard.

This is very easy.

And it’s actually very fast.

And it’s nice, you’re not risky, you always have that feeling that you’re continuously improving things.

You come back, you have some drawings, Okay, next step, you do a little bit of prototyping, you use a free tool like Adobe XD or something.

And you just create those little screens.

And when you click on a button, it shows you how to load a separate screen, you make a few screens, absolutely no coding required.

You go to the customer, you show them he clicks around.

Wow, really nice.

But I wish this button would be there.

You come back home, you move a little bit that buttons, right, small iterations.

Now it comes to the point when you actually want to build a product.

Hopefully, you’ve sold your product, even with just a prototype.

Anyway, you come back home now you’re starting to build a product, you get just one developer for a few hours.

And then he builds something very small.

You go to the customer is what do you want is what do you need, you come back out a few more hours to that developer to build a few more to polish a little bit those features, you build a little bit more and so on and so forth, continuously polish, what you’re going to be doing and actually doing it.

All this, all these steps all these cycles, iteration saves you a lot of money and confirms to you that you are building the right thing! Easy, right?

We’ll help you map out a plan to fix the problems in your business and get you to the next level. Answer a few questions on our application and then choose a time that works for you.

If you have a product idea and want to start developing your product, stop right there!

Did you talk to your customers to thoroughly understand what are their daily tasks? Did you make them almost cry when asking them about their pains in completing those tasks?

When I came up with my first product idea, I remember how excited I was. I could see money pouring down on me. I was gonna be rich!

I didn’t know at the time about the blueprint to building a product.

OK, that’s not quite true. I did. But I didn’t like it.

Do I have to talk to people? Set up meetings, meet them face to face, and … talk??

Nah, there has to be another way.

I spent a few months building the first version… It looked beautiful!

Then I reached out to my target customers and … crickets.

Talking to your target customer is the first thing you have to do to validate your product idea.

You have to make sure that there is a problem worth solving.

But what should I ask them? Should I tell them about my product idea? Should I ask how much they would pay?

That is one of the biggest problems I faced. I didn’t even know what to ask!

I realized there’s no way around it. And there shouldn’t!

When you truly want to help somebody, you need to listen. You don’t talk, you listen.

I started researching the best questions to ask, what worked and what didn’t work.

Once I finally finished the list, I went out again.

The customers poured their hearts out. They were so happy that someone cares.

They told me everything that I wanted to hear, and then some.

The more you talk to your customer, the better you know them, the more successful your product will be.

Here’s what I’m covering in the video:
✅ How you can make it easy to talk to your target customers
✅ What questions to ask in an interview
✅ Why interviewing your customers will save you a ton of money

What questions should you ask in an interview with your target customer? customer interviews are the first thing you’re doing.

As soon as you came up with the idea for an app or for a software product that you’re thinking about building?

Why is that the first thing because you are now starting to validate whether there is indeed a problem, you’re starting to validate whether that’s a good idea, and everything starts with you talking to the customer?

Well, they know that is one of the biggest problems is that a lot of founders don’t even know how these interviews with a target customers just about talking about them.

So the first thing that you’re going to be talking and asking your customer is about their goal.

What is their goal? Or what is their desire? Where do they want to do? What does success mean to them, they that your target customers are people that want to launch new businesses with services that they’re passionate about.

And right now they have other jobs.

So their goal of this target customer might be well, you know, what, my goal is to have financial freedom by doing what I really love doing.

So that’s their desire.

That’s the goal.

The second one? What do they do about it? Or what are their jobs? What are the things that tasks, they currently need to do? Good work, and I need to do stuff that I really enjoy doing.

I want to be teaching or I want to be playing music.

And these are the things that I want to be doing.

I think what you ask them is what is their problem? What is holding you back right now? What What’s something that that doesn’t let you basically achieve that goal of yours? what’s holding you back right now?

Well, what’s holding me back is that I can’t find people that would pay for something that I’m passionate about.

Because you know, I’m passionate about playing piano, and I have a day job, and I can’t find people to that pay me for that pay me for, for playing piano for them.

Because there’s no marketplace, I can just go to Craigslist and say, Hey, I will play piano for money because people are gonna think that I’m, you know, sketchy or they’re afraid to bring bring someone in their house like that.

The fourth question that you’re going to be asking is what? What’s the hardest about not being about this problem?

What is the pain? What’s the hardest thing about not being able to find people that can that would be willing to pay for what you have to do?

Well, the hardest thing is that I feel like I’m like, I’m not trustworthy.

It’s that I go on all these platforms.

And I try and, and I feel like I’m people don’t trust me.

And you know, I just kind of feel hopeless that I’m never going to be able to, I’m never going to be able to teach and do what I really love or to play piano into what I really love.

And know I spend a lot of time I interact with people and they’re just, they just meet, they just reject me for some reasons that are that are weird.

There’s no way for me to go around.

And that’s really hard.

That kind of rejection.

Okay, the next question that you’re going to ask them is, listen, tell me a story about When, when, when that happened? Well listen, and they’re trying to tell you about a story of when, when this problem occurred, and when they felt this pain.

Well, listen, I posted a post on craigslist and and then I want to play piano and then someone told me Listen, what I what’s, what’s your credentials, and where do you live?

And how old are you and and they started making telling me that it’s not good enough, but they didn’t even hear me playing.

I told him that, hey, you can check on my Instagram, my YouTube, they didn’t go watch because they they thought that I’m just trying to make.

I’m just trying to make them follow me on Instagram.

Basically, I’m just trying to spam them.

So this is what happened.

This is how I feel when that kind of thing happens.

And that brings us to the to the next point is emotion.

How did that make you feel? How does that make you feel? Well, it made me feel rejected.

It made me feel worthless.

It made me feel like I will never be able to do something that I that I do.

I was so sad I was I was angry why other people can do it and I cannot do it.

Let them vent.

Discover all that emotion.

That’s what the most important point when you want to bring your customer, your target customer.

You want to bring them to feel their emotion because that when you’re going to win later on, you’re going to build your product and you’re going to come back to them I’m going to tell them to buy into your product.

Then you’re going to say hey, Do you feel, you remember how you felt in that situation in that situation, you remember that you feel like you never, you’ll never get that thing done and that you’re never going to be able to have financial freedom.

And you steer up again, all those emotions for them.

That’s why hitting emotions is very, very important for them.

Now you can go further and try to get to the root of the cause.

And the root cause means what made it so hard? What makes it so hard for you? When when you felt rejected?

What what made it so hard for you, when you when you felt like you’re not good enough?

What makes it so hard for you and you feel like other friends of yours are making it and, and you’re not making it?

And basically what this is, is this is just trying to dig deeper.

It’s basically the same question, you’re still trying to go through their emotion, you’re still trying to go into the pain.

But this the way that you asked this question, what, what what made it? What made you so hard about about feeling that way? What it’s basically doing way, way deeper.

So the fact that they have no wave to play piano tells them that makes them feel that they’re never going to be happy? Okay, but what’s so hard about that?

Well, if I’m never going to play a piano, I will, I will always have to have this crappy job and I hate it.

And what is crappy about job, what is bad about that? Well is because I see that everybody is good at what they do, but I’m not good at what I do.

And that makes me feel like I will never have anything that I want.

And and this way, you just try to dig a little bit deeper and understand, make them connect more and more emotionally to you.

Now, the next and the next thing and the last thing that you’re going to be asking them is alternatives or competition, basically.

What have you tried until now? Well, I tried Craigslist, I tried meetups, I tried Facebook groups, I tried this, and I tried that.

And they’re gonna tell you everything that they have tried.

Why is this important? Because after you build an application, that that it’s meant to solve their problem, you’re going to go back in all those locations.

And people that are trying to use the same channel, basically, to achieve their desire.

Those are the people that you’re going to try to bring back, they basically telling you where your other target, the rest of your target audience is hanging.

So try in the beginning, just try to ask these questions.

Just try to talk to your husband or your wife or your partner, try and talk to them.

Try to talk to your close family, try to talk to your friends.

And just ask them and start from from any goal of desire might just start from what does success look like? To you? Right?

What, what’s important to you, and they’re gonna start from this goal desire with these people, five people, five family members, five friends, five strangers at a meeting at a party or whatever.

And then the next thing once in your mind, your ideas is shaped.

Now you go about the actual goals and desires of your target customer, and try and talk with up to 50 people and have up to 50 customer interviews.

Hope that’s really helpful.

I hope that gives you a guideline about how to do it.

If you have any questions about what specific questions to ask in your situation, whether your idea is good or not, or or if you feel that, you know, it may not be easy to reach your target audience, feel free to book a call, you’re gonna see a link under this video, and we’re gonna hop on a call and if there’s anything that we can help you with, we’re going to show you how that looks like and let’s get you started.

When I was a kid I always liked to organize things. Some kids thought I was weird. I wanted my space to be nice and tight.

Not sure why, maybe it was my way to deal with distractions having ADHD with a pinch of OSD too.

So years forward, I realized that I’ve become a very good project manager because of those things I’ve previously considered as being limitation.

You can see it as limitations or as your genius. Either way, it’s true. Because you turn them into reality.
Choose genius 🧠. Embrace your weirdness.

I was thinking about this watching Dumbo with my kids a while ago.

“Oh no, I’ve got these humongous ears…”“Oh no, I’m slow”, or “I’ve got this poor background”, or “I can’t talk very well”…

Life is funny. Only if you accept yourself and take action exactly as you are be able to actually change the destiny of your life and turn it into something amazing.

If when it’s hard and you’re limited, you accept yourself as you are, making things happen for you, they will turn into strength.
It applies to business, relationships , career, entire life.

Emotional intelligent people are attracted by unique people. Because it resurfaces and relates to the uniqueness in them.

If you’re telling me that there’s something holding you back, I can tell you right now, that that’s key to building your amazing life and business.

Nourish it and let it become your strength, your differentiator. It’s the secret tool that builds rapport with everybody else.

Let me know in the comments below what’s something you or others considered weird about yourself, and how did that limit you until now? 👇👇👇

Go change lives!

Hey everyone! Just had a thought and wanted to share with you, as I just saw a few days ago together with my kids, Dumbo, it was such a nice, such a nice movie.

And in a while I was watching and looking at that weird elephant creature with those humongous ears and everybody making fun of him in the beginning, you know, and I couldn’t help but thinking about, about everybody that has a dream.

And they look at the things that they’re different from everybody else and let that limit them.

They look at things they have in their lives as weaknesses, they look at everything that is weird, or everything that’s, you know, different and not as common as everybody else is, you know, that’s bad.

Everything that’s imperfect.

And it was funny, because, you know, it’s the same thing that happened when, when I saw this little guy, I mean, you’re looking at yourself, in the beginning of your whatever career or business of life and starting in teenage years, you’re thinking, Oh, look, I’ve got these humongous years, well, you may say, ‘Look, I’m I’m slow, or I’ve got this poor background or have another school or I can’t talk very well’.

The Way You Look, the knowledge you have, and you start looking at all these and you’re like, there’s, I wish I could change that I wish this thing would go away.

Because the only way that I can be successful, the only way that I can be whomever I want to be, is if I wouldn’t, if I wouldn’t have these baby years, if I wouldn’t have, you know, whatever you think you’re lacking, or whatever you think you have, unfortunately cannot change.

And then it’s hard to change.

And that keeps you from going Now, what’s interesting is that life is built in such a way that only if you look at yourself and accept yourself, exactly it is it exactly as you are.

And if you take action, exactly as you are, only then you would be able to actually change the destiny for your life.

and turn it into something amazing.

And why because if if when it’s hard, and when you think you’re limited, if despite those things, you accept yourself as you are and you push through and you make things happen for you, then, and you don’t see those things like blockers for you, the reality is that those are the things that are going to make you unique.
