If you would be to choose between making more money or bringing more results for your clients, what would you choose?โ€‹
โ€‹
If you’re an ethical business owner you solve problems for clients. You bring value to people.โ€‹
โ€‹
You don’t just care about selling them – you care ABOUT THEM. You care about actually getting them the results, having them achieve the goal they desire.โ€‹
โ€‹
This is where accountability is critical.โ€‹
โ€‹
Do you track the results your clients are getting? If you don’t, how do you know they get results?โ€‹
โ€‹
I’m sure some do get results, and you’re probably milking that very diligently doing testimonials, case studies, screenshots in Facebook groupsโ€ฆโ€‹
โ€‹
But that’s about you, isn’t it? It’s about you making even more sales.โ€‹
โ€‹
If you’re an ethical business owner, you give your best for every client. And the first step should be tracking all your client’s results. Even just high level.โ€‹
โ€‹
No, it’s not “their mindset” at fault. Take ownership!โ€‹
โ€‹
It’s mostly your inability or properly qualifying them, including their mindset, and the level of service and attention they require.โ€‹
โ€‹
But if you did sell them in, you better do your best to get the results!โ€‹
โ€‹
Even if you’ve handled their objections about why it’s easy to implement the productโ€ฆโ€‹
โ€‹
Even if it gave them the tools on exact step by step how to do itโ€ฆโ€‹
โ€‹
Sometimes there might be things that you don’t even think about, that really block them to implement those steps.โ€‹
โ€‹
There may be over the place, maybe they don’t know how to choose between multiple options, maybe their lack of confidence is stopping them from making a decision.โ€‹
โ€‹
You need to own it!โ€‹
โ€‹
That’s why accountability is really important.โ€‹
โ€‹
Talk to your customers, track their progress, address their needs, turn them into videos and try to automate them. Then repeat.โ€‹
โ€‹
If people have money for Lambos and Rolexes, at least they can pay an assistant to check-in with their clients, if they too “mindset elevated” to do it โ€‹
โ€‹
Be humble. Business is getting people results in exchange for a cost.โ€‹
โ€‹
Go change lives!

I mean, if you’re an ethical product development, and you want to bring value to people, you don’t just care about selling and getting them in, you care about them, you care about actually getting them the results, having them achieve that desire.

And this is where the accountable counting took place.

Because sometimes on the way, even if you’ve handled their objections about how to about why it’s easy to implement the product, even if it gave them the tools on exact step by step how to do it, sometimes there might be things that you don’t even think about, that really blocks them on to how to implement those steps.

Exactly.

Maybe the fact that they’re all over the place, it may be the fact that sometimes this checklist may have multiple options, and they don’t know exactly which one is applicable to them which one to choose.

That’s why accountability is really important.

It doesn’t matter the area, department, the expertise.โ€‹
โ€‹
The first thing you need to do is get help. But how? From whom?โ€‹
โ€‹
Where to reach out for help depends on multiple things – and you need to see what fits you!โ€‹
โ€‹
โœ… When a high school kid wants to learn how to dance, where does she goes? Probably Youtube, or TikTok. They have time for trial and error, they don’t need any dedicated attention.โ€‹
โ€‹
โœ… โ€‹ When a guy wants to โ€‹ surprise his bride on his wedding day with a dance, where does he learn how to dance? Takes a class around the block.โ€‹
โ€‹
They need help to just not step on the bride and look fine in photos. โ€‹
โ€‹
โœ… โ€‹ If you want to dance as a profession and attend competitions, you will get a coach, to give you the attention you need.โ€‹
โ€‹
โœ… If you are a dance coach and you want to grow your business, you go to someone that can help you scale the business, so you can only do the part you love – coaching.โ€‹
โ€‹
I’m not talking about money. I’m talking about: โ€‹
โ€‹
1.How severe your need isโ€‹
โ€‹
2.The level of expertise to satisfy itโ€‹
โ€‹
3.And the level of attention that one should give you to incorporate it.โ€‹
โ€‹
YOU have to pay attention to where you truly fit. But here’s a word of cautionโ€ฆโ€‹
โ€‹
Many times, myself included, we don’t pay attention to the time and attention we need. And you can get frustrated because you’ll continue to be stuck even if you pay a lot of money as I did.โ€‹
โ€‹
Sometimes, people selling you are just tricking you, into thinking you will get the attention you need, but they won’t in fact, give it to you. โ€‹
โ€‹
So keep your eyes open, but the only way forward is starting, trying, sometimes failing, until you get what you need! โ€‹

You hit a roadblock in your world discus and you just cannot overcome it.

Either you stay as you are and you continue crippled until you get in.

I mean, think about businesses and personnel and anything.

There’s this much that you can do when you’re crippled when you don’t find a revenue model when you cannot improve your product enough or whatever until someone else is going to come and it’s going to eat up your market or someone else is going to make your way.

No, no, no, no, I’m not saying but this is the point where you get help.

Whatever it is, is a therapist, for your relationships is a coach for you to help you to get stuff done.

Is the blueprint that you have to follow.

Someone’s just going to push it through is help

Could there be just ONE condition for success? One that makes everything else just “happen”?

We all have on our Newsfeed, on Instagram, in our email these motivational messages.

Elon Musk works 26 hours a day…

Steve Jobs refused 21 million iPod prototypes…

Jeff Bezos called 6700 clients a day…

You have to sleep a lot

You have to sleep a little

You have to be kind

You have to be controversial

The problem is that we fill our minds with what we have to do, and don’t get to spend time thinking. Feeling.

The breaking point of our dreams.

The place of no turning back on the journey to achievement.

The one thing that turns to reality what “only others can do”.

๐Ÿ”ฅ That one thing is BELIEF. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

โœ“ Believe it can be done

โœ“ Believe all you need is in you.

โœ“ Believe you can do it.

โœ“ Believe you will do it.

When BELIEF becomes reality, COMMITMENT does its miraculous work.

Do you believe it? Are you committed? The key is inside you. Never outside.

You just said I don’t want to live without it.

And I will make that happen is this point where you believe you believe so much that it can be done, and that you are committed enough to do it, that this match that it can be done, and that you’re willing to do what it takes just marries together.

And that’s why it’s the breaking point.

Because there’s no turning back when you have you cannot own believe it.

It can be done and it’s a matter of just doing it.

Selling is not a skill. It’s not about what you do as much as it is about who you are.โ€‹โ€‹It’s about caring for them.โ€‹โ€‹It’s more of a personality trait than it is a skill.

โ€‹โ€‹First off, I assume you did your part and only targeting people that have the problem.โ€‹โ€‹

There are a few reasons why your customer doesn’t buy, and you must understand what they are.โ€‹โ€‹

It’s not about pushing them or pushing yourself.โ€‹โ€‹
1. They think โ€‹ the product is not applicable to them
โ€‹โ€‹2. They don’t see a big enough ROI. โ€‹โ€‹

They see the product as too expensive for what it has to offer.

โ€‹โ€‹You must discover and understand all these concerns or objections.โ€‹โ€‹

Next, you need to put yourself in their shoes, in their thought process, and break it from within.โ€‹โ€‹Find a way for THEM to overcome these objections.

Make the ROI more obvious.โ€‹โ€‹

Ask them the questions that stir the pain – it may be there but they may be running from it because it’s so bad.โ€‹โ€‹

For example, they may think they need technical skills to use your product.โ€‹โ€‹You find that out only by being receptive to how they react.โ€‹โ€‹

Once you know that, you just need to show them how easy it is for them to configure and use your product.

โ€‹โ€‹In my experience, one of the low-hanging fruits of a software saleโ€‹ is to show them how easy is for your customer to understand how to use the product and actually use it.โ€‹

What makes them not go ahead and buy they have some objections it might be about that they think that the product is not applicable to them, it may be the fact that it may seem to them that it’s not enough ROI that the product is too expensive.

And then what we understand is that we have to understand all these objections, and find a way to overcome them, find a way to show them that, you know, actually, it’s easy for you to install our product, it’s easy for you to configure our product, you can make it so easy to implement the product and get the desire or an objection is how you can make it hard to have that pain and how you can block the pain from now on using our product.

So we want to make sure that we make it as easy as possible for our customers to understand the product and to apply the product.

Building and managing a software business should NOT suck up all your time! ๐Ÿคฏ

Here’s the right balance…

You don’t need to hire (more) managers…

You don’t need to micromanage…

And you also don’t need to drown in creating procedures for every single little thing that you may not even use in the future…

What you need is to give your team the right tools, apps, and reports that facilitate communication and automatically track a log of actions completed.

Tools like Slack, Trello, Zendesk, and Google Docs have something in common.

A natural workflow of how information flows from who is asking for something to the person providing it.

A way to chat and co-work easily right there, on those activities.

Don’t overcomplicate or automate TOO MUCH, until the tasks you do become natural.

Early on, you need room to love work, to make it part of your life, to allow your team members to feel comfortable, to focus on the results, on the client.

What are your favorite tools to manage your business, and which ones you’ve let go of because they overcomplicated things for you?

I did have another client in the past, which no company was, was under him, like everybody was reporting to him.

30 people I don’t know, it was very, very different.

It was exhausting for him because at the same time he was trying to get funding at the same time he was trying to acquire different companies.

So it’s, it was hard.

So at that point, when I came in, I joined that company as a consultant, I took over as an interim CEO, everybody started reporting to me instead of him.

And then I started to actually create exactly these types of processes, these types of workflows.

People started working together, every team had a proper tool that was integrated both sides of people who were providing the work and people that were expecting the war, every comment was in there, believe me, that made it so much easier.

And that founder did not ever continue even to manage the development team and I was able to remove myself out of it.

Are you concerned about people will steal your idea? Here’s why hiding it is the WORSE move!

Early on, most founders have so much mindset and focus shift to make, that any additional effort, that is NOT critical, must be avoided!

This is the no 1 reason why software business fail:

Instead of building a product they love, they have to learn to completely understand the problem and work with the customer on how a solution should look like.

Here are some activities that you MUST FOCUS ON:

– getting comfortable talking with customers
– ask them questions and get to the root of their problem
– do market research to understand what alternatives are out there already
– create content to stir the interest of the ideal audience on social media
– learn to tell stories, because stories are the key to selling- overcome the fear of paying and delegating

See? You have so many things to do, that HIDING your idea is not only not needed, but it WILL stop you from focusing and even execute on the above critical matters.

Is there any other critical reason in your situation that makes you think that you still think you should have to hide it?

You have so much to do.

So there are so many things for you to validate people to talk to so many important things that you have to do.

And you’re concerned about privacy and you’re concerned about protecting your idea from the customers themselves.

I mean, if it would be an enterprise app, or something like that, even at that point, you can just write an NDA Altona said, just write a small NDA.

Please don’t tell other people about it.

You know, I’ve put a lot of effort into this and, you know, make it friendly, and just go and talk to them.

I mean, you’re, you’re just killing the idea in itself from the fact that you’re trying to protect it from the customer.

Would you jump on the chance to buy a brand new Tesla if it was on sale for $5000?

Or would you say … Nah, it’s too expensive…

I think you would sell all the crap you can find around, get on your credit cards, ask for a loan from your mother or grandmother, and get that damn amazing Tesla!!

Worst case scenario, you would sell it, pay off your loans, and cash in.
When you buy something over $1000, you do it because you’re thinking of the return it will bring you.

I know so many people that can make $100/hr, but cross the border from Vancouver to Seattle to waste an entire day ($800) to save $100.

No, I didn’t add the gas cost, car maintenance, stress, etc, etc.

Now think about the biggest goals for your life. How important are they? How valuable would it be to achieve them faster?

Put a number on it. Not how much would you be willing to pay, but how much would it worth if money was not in discussion.

When you’re thinking about building something that you really believe in, something you will always regret not doing or trying, go for the best return. The highest chance of success.

Don’t look at money, because money replenishes. Believe in yourself that it DOES.

Look at the value of your goal, and at your belief that you will get done what it takes with the right resources.

I am the guy that was buying groceries crossing the border, and later paying $50,000 on coaches when having $150,000 in credit cards and lines of credit debt, $500,000 on the mortgage, and no work.

Why? Because I believed in myself. More than ever, I believed that if success can be achieved, and others did it, there was no way I couldn’t.

So I went all in.

How committed to you to your dreams and honoring your calling? And how much are you rather committed without knowing to fear?

When you’re thinking about doing something building something that you really believe in, get the thing that is going to get you the highest chance of success.

Don’t look at money, because money replenishes you can get a credit card even if it has high interest.

You can get lines of credit.

If you believe in yourself if you believe in your potential.

If you believe that that person that is going to help you is a really solid one, then there’s absolutely no reason for you to fail.

Absolutely no reason

Building a software business means you will rely on people. A lot. Like… your success basically depends on how you treat others.

Do you feel youโ€™re being rough with those around you? Friends, spouse, kids, clerks, neighbours?

I was rough with my son, as he was starting to act out. I didnโ€™t want him to turn into an entitled lazy boy, that only watches TV and ignores education.

I couldnโ€™t force him, but I thought being rough will motivate him. Well … it didnโ€™t.

Family is the most important thing in my life. So much so, that Iโ€™m reaching out to therapy any time I seem to get stuck into a negative pattern.

I reach out for help right away to overcome it as fast as possible. If you afford Netflix, restaurants, and an iPhone, you afford to get better faster.

How else could I sell my coaching services to help others take leaps instead of crawling?

Sorin, my emotional coach, helped me visualize how the way I treat others is a mirror of how I treat myself.

Itโ€™s not other people’s fault. No matter what they do.

Nobody deserves to be humiliated or verbally and emotionally abused.

Itโ€™s all the life events that built our believes, fears, desires, habits, and personality over time.

From my dad not being there, to my mom telling me she will send me off to him when I did something bad.

Do seeing her crying so often that I had to develop a โ€œget things done no matter whatโ€ attitude.

For many of us, growing up, getting things at every cost saved us from bad family patterns.

But in time, we became rough with ourselves. So we learned to have high expectations of others as well.

We’re rough with them because we developed the belief that rough helps us get things done.

But not anymore. Not as adults. You are enough.

Hereโ€™s what Iโ€™m covering in the video:

โœ… How treating others affects your business
โœ… What influenced who and how we are now
โœ… How to become nicer and happier without fighting to change

Do you sometimes look at your behavior? And you’re thinking, Man, I really don’t think that I behave well, I, I think that I treat others kind of rough.

Do you feel like sometimes when you look at other people, and you see them, treating other people kind of bad, but you look at their life and you’re like, Oh my god, but they have such an amazing life, they’re so happy.

How can that be? Or they’re just it’s just, you know, something, that it’s not their style to be nice with other people? Or is just, you know, those people are really incompetent or, or how can that happen? So, in this video, I want to talk to you why the way that we treat others, is exactly the way that we treat ourselves.

So the way that we treat others is just a mirror onto how we treat ourselves.

And one thing that I that I want to tell you is a little story about my relationships with my relationship with my son set set that is very special boy, and I love him so much.

But I’m being pretty rough with him many times.

And I’m rough with him, and then I regret it so much.

And, and I even did a lot of therapy last year, not for that.

But that was one of the things that I had to learn a lot from.

And what I realized is that, I do treat them like that, because in me I have wounds and in myself, I have been treated in a certain way.

And it turned me into this person that is kinda rough is sometimes, you know, not gentle enough with people.

And I heard sometimes people around me without even knowing that I do it.

So what I want to say with that is, when you look at other people, and you believe that they have it all figured out, and they’re happy, and they’re rich, and they’re, you know, they’re during the beaches, taking photos with whatever their wealth, and they go wherever they want, but then sometimes you see them, or you hear about them that they behave in a certain way with with people around them.

What I came to realize, from my own experience, that that’s who they really are, because the whales, the posing, and all the riches and everything that you can do that requires money.

It doesn’t define who you are actually inside.

When you have a bad relationship with other people, it’s because you have a bad relationship with yourself.

You may not know it, and most people that pose happy and nice.

And they even say it with their words that Yeah, you know, I’m successful and whatever.

In reality, they don’t have a healthy relationship with with themselves.

And what does that mean having a healthy relationship with yourself, it means that you love and accept yourself as you are, instead of just fighting all the time with yourself.

And just trying and, and doing things because even if those things make you successful in terms of they just give you money, or you build a business, a big business, it doesn’t mean that the ultimate goal for which you are actually building that.

Is, is healthy, is that a healthy stage for you? What do I mean? I mean, money and building a business is not the ultimate purpose for absolutely nobody.

So nobody cares.

In fact about the money itself, about the traveling itself about the you know, buying stuff themselves.

Nobody cares about that itself.

The ultimate goal of everything is the happiness is the emotions that you have.

And you can have all those nice things inside you you feel really bad you feel unloved, you feel like you don’t belong, you feel like people don’t like you and and you can you can take that and you can spin it however you want to make you more money or to make you look good.

Like saying that.

Yeah, I’m just you know, I don’t care about what people say.

And so you can spin it no matter how you want, but deep inside you know exactly who you are.

So if you want a true mirror of what’s going on inside you, but you didn’t have the proper time to spend it, looking inside you and understanding who you are, because it’s hard.

Not everybody can do it.

Like I know people that have millions of millions and they seem to have it all figured out, but they don’t spend hours Old Time, or they don’t even want to talk about emotions and what they feel and what that tells me.

And I’m not talking about the fact that, you know, they want to share with me because you know, you don’t share that stuff with anyone.

But they obviously are uncomfortable, and they don’t want talking about those kinds of things.

And they even explicitly say that those are just flops.

And you have to fight that.

Because all that matters is to build businesses and make money and whatnot.

Ultimately, that tells me about the relationship that they have with themselves.

Now, if you are in that situation, what I want to tell you is that use those kind of use those signals, use the way that you when you talk to somebody, and you’ll feel in your gut that it’s not nice, it’s not encouraging, don’t hide it under the under the excuse that while I’m being robbed, because I love them, no, but you’re being rough because you’re being rough with yourself.

Because you believe and you have been taught and programmed to believe that only if you’re rough with yourself, you can achieve stuff.

But if you are being rough with yourself to achieve stuff, once you have achieved those things, you’re not going to be happy.

Because you have been rough with yourself all the time, and you could not be happy with yourself, because you don’t like yourself.

So the ultimate thing that we all want is love and belonging.

And, you know, maybe the hierarchy of needs and you know, the fact that beyond you know all the certainty that you have everything that you need in terms of you know, the basic needs, and then there’s the love and affection and the feeling of belonging.

And beyond that it comes you know, it comes the self esteem and the self actualization self esteem, meaning how you feel about yourself, and stuff like causation, meaning you feeling that you have achieved all you are meant to be and you can be.

And now I used to believe I used to believe strongly until a year ago that, Oh, my God, and this is my best friend really helped me a lot overcome that and has made a huge change.

I used to tell me, yeah, man, but listen, you are happy when you help others.

Because if you help others, you feel good about yourself.

And what Sony, my my best friend, he taught me He’s like, No man.

You cannot feel happy when you help others, but you don’t help yourself.

But you don’t love yourself.

Because that’s just an external thing.

The fact that you the fact that you help others, you know, what, if you don’t have a chance to help others, how happy are you gonna be then.

So you don’t have to find happiness by doing something outside.

You find real, ultimate happiness, when you look inside, no matter how it is, and you accept anything as is, as is, and you still find happiness.

A lot of people are gonna say no, because

you should not stay as you are, you should Yeah,

it’s true, you should not stay as you are.

But if you try to be different, hating yourself, being frustrating yourself, finding yourself, you’re not going to get anywhere.

And just like I said earlier, even if you’re going to get somewhere, you’re not going to be happy because you hate yourself.

So, use those signs.

And a few thought, like I did that you have to do all these things, because people are gonna love you and you’re gonna see results.

And that’s the ultimate calling to help people.

Because that’s what’s gonna make you feel good.

Think again, that is good.

But only if you have had the previous step of fulfilling the love towards yourself.

You know, having love having the feeling of belonging, and especially in there fulfilling the need of love towards yourself first, then you can go out and you can help others and then you can embrace all the self esteem that comes from helping others.

But if you but if you don’t love yourself, all of that is just gonna be a cover up.

It’s never gonna be enough.

So if you want to start a business, if you want to make money if you want to have an impact on the world, if you want to be all you can be, but you haven’t yet spent the time to really look inside you and to see who you are no matter at what stage in your life no matter what, what good or bad things are inside you.

And then I want to tell you right now that you have to address that first.

You have to look inside you spend time know who you are.

And only then you’re going to be able, with all the fight and the results on the success that you want to have, and you strive to get, and it’s good to get, only then you’re going to be able to actually make it serve your ultimate purpose of being happy, otherwise gonna be all for nothing.

And you know, when you fall from somewhere high, it’s way more difficult than when you fall from somewhere where you really low, if you build riches, and if you build relationships with whatever people and you make money, and then you still are unhappy, because you see that you realize all of these and you’re still unhappy, then the the risk of depressions are so big, you see suicidal, and you don’t see as many suicidal thinking in people that you know, maybe are poor, as you see in people that had things that other people already wished for.

And they still got in deep depression and, and maybe even committed suicide, and they had, you know, wealth and whatever, because their previous needs of love, were not fulfilled.

But again, you cannot just look outside, give me love everybody give me a love and you know, praise me so that I have praised and so that I feel good.

No, if you have nothing from outside.

And only what you have inside makes you feel good and happy, then when you build everything else in outside is going to contribute to your happiness, because you do it because you’re happy.

And you want to share and make other people happy as well is not to compensate for your lack of happiness inside.

I’m not saying this by no means for you to judge other people, if you see them behaving bad with with someone else, or if you see them unhappy, although they look like they’ve got it all I’m saying for you to understand that and learn from that, and if possible, even to help now how can you help somebody? if they if they treat to kind of bad? Well, one of the most important things that you do is that tell them you can just tell them and don’t accept it.

And I would, I would even go further than that.

And if you really want to help somebody, because you maybe you spend the time and you realize who you are, and you love yourself as you are.

And that’s why you don’t expect other people do.

You don’t let other people to just disrespect you like that.

I would even do them the real favor and telling them listen, I look at you, and I see maybe these things.

But that’s just a sign that deep inside maybe you don’t love yourself, it’s not.

So it’s not about focusing on what they do is focusing on who they are basically, inside.

And this is the most painful thing is that

the people that have it all figured out, they will never just go out and admit that Yeah, you know, I look inside and I’m frustrated myself.

And I’m you know, and they don’t do that.

Because they feel that they’re going to fall off a cliff if they do that.

So they’re going to continue to keep that image.

They’re rare people and I’ve seen actually people on social media and you know, actors and whatever, that had the courage of saying it.

But you know, when they said it, after that behind the scenes, they went to whatever therapy, they went through all this breakout of, you know, everything that is on social media, and it’s feeding that monstrosity, if you have to achieve stuff and have stuff and actually keeping you empty inside.

And only after they fix that they were able to come outside and say this is what happens to me.

Just like me right now, I wouldn’t have said that.

If I would just feel that, Oh, my, I look inside me and I see that I’m a bad person.

I just hate myself and know in that moment, I couldn’t go out and do it.

Because you feel embarrassed and you feel ashamed.

But once you feel that you somehow start overcome that and in fact is helping other people if you say that, then you can do it.

So people are never going to admit it.

That’s what I’m what I’m trying to say people are not going to admit it.

But if you know if you look inside you right now and you know that you you behave with other people in a way that it’s not really nice.

Don’t just fight that behavior.

look inside and see.

When do you treat yourself like that and when did you start treating yourself like that? And start treating yourself well with and treating yourself what is not buying stuff for you.

Is not giving you money treating yourself Well, is saying, Yes, I know these things, these negative things of what I’m doing.

And I love myself as I am and try to think about what what triggered all this behavior, when did it all start and have that patience with yourself.

It’s not easy.

It’s not, it’s easier to build a business rather than doing this.

But if you, you know, I, as a startup coach, the, the, my main solving approach that helps people that want to build software products, is teaching them how to build something really small first, and validate and even build it without money.

So that’s why everything in life is around this approach of building a small MVP.

So you have to build something small, test it out, nurture yourself nursery, your emotions just a little bit, and then you’re going to see how everything changes, you don’t have to change everything right away your entire life.

Okay, guys, this is all that I wanted to say today.

We just treat others like we treat ourselves.

And that means that you don’t have to just change how you treat others.

It means that you have to change how you treat yourself first.

And then treating others is going to come naturally treat others up in a different way with respect is going to come because that’s who we are.

And if you see somebody else that trees like that, don’t judge them.

Don’t Don’t criticize them for their specific behavior, maybe help them identify what is deep down there for them.

That is, what is that behavior against themselves on? How do they treat themselves like that, but I’m telling you, it’s really hard.

So one of the things that you can do is to protect yourself, if you spend time with people like that, you’re gonna start feeling abused, and you’re gonna start hating yourself, because you’re gonna believe that you deserve that.

Because if they will have success, treat you like that.

And you pay, even treat themselves like that.

And that must be it.

And I have to treat myself like that.

And it’s not true.

So, go clean, do not stay and spend time with people do not learn from people, do not spend time with people, that that you feel that make you treat yourself bad, and makes you treat other people by learn that make that difference.

And rather spend time with people that have what you desire.

In the end, if you desire to build a business and learn for someone that has a business, know if your desire is to, for example, have a family and be happy in your family and you know, have love and you appreciate, you know, traveling with your family and spending time and then you’re going to spend time with people and you want to build a business to help you achieve that basically, or to finance that,

then you’re not going to build a business by learning from somebody that has a crappy life for that doesn’t have a good relationship with their their family or don’t value their family members don’t value friendships, they screw their friends all over the all the time, you cannot do that.

Learn from the people that that have that ultimate thing where you want to get or there on the way towards there and learn from them.

Because otherwise, it may be that the vehicle in itself, building a business that should serve you get the ultimate purpose you know of living a happy life and having good relationships and, and having people in your life and having that harmony.

The vehicle itself is making money is going to become the goal in itself.

And if it does, when you get there, even if you get there, you’re gonna feel empty.

And again, it’s gonna feel like jumping or falling off a cliff.

Okay, that’s it.

Treat yourself with respect.

Spend time understanding and know yourself and then unleash that towards the people around you.

Have a good day, guys.

Bye.

Weโ€™ll help you map out a plan to fix the problems in your business and get you to the next level. Answer a few questions on our application and then choose a time that works for you.

Is selling your software stressful for you? Or are you planning to start a software business, but you’re nervous about the idea of selling?

Many people are afraid of talking one on one with people. For some, just the idea of asking for money is very new and uncomfortable.

In this video, I want to show you a shortcut to making selling easy.

I discovered this when I was doing a lot of startup consulting work, back in the day.

I was working with a software business at a point, and the sales were terrible. Why do we get people that are not our ideal customers inside our funnel, we were wondering…

So we took a look at a few other companies and what were they doing. And thatโ€™s how we learned about the power of pre-qualifying our customers.

This helped us double our sales and profits in the next two to three months. That was only the beginning.

Next, we implemented some more small and easy processes that turned our sales around.

Hereโ€™s what Iโ€™m covering in the video:ย ย

โœ… How to handle objections
โœ… What really involves building an ethical customer first company
โœ… When should you give your clients additional tools.

Hey everybody.

In this video, I want to talk to you about how to make it really easy for you to sell your software product.

So if you’re planning to start a business in software, or if you already have one, but you’re thinking about how you can actually take it off the ground, it may be the case that you may be scared or are really nervous about, about selling the product, you’re thinking, how am I going? I mean, building, it seems pretty straightforward.

I mean, either you are going to build it yourself, or we’re going to hire somebody to build it.

But how am I in the end gonna sell because many people are afraid of talking one on one too many people are afraid to simply sell to ask for money, to get money.

So I want to show you a shortcut on how to build a mindset for you to make it very easy for you to sell.

And I remember that I, I discovered this when I was doing mostly consulting work back in the day with multiple startups.

And I point with one of them, I was mainly working with engineering teams and the product teams and building processes around that area, and in time to transition more into helping them build the entire, entire sales funnel as well.

And remember that early in the days, we were looking with this specific goal, with this specific startup business, and we’re talking about why is it so hard to sale? Why do we get people that are not our ideal customer, on our order page on or you know, in support messages, and we are not able to actually sell them.

And then we took a look outside on other companies on other businesses and what were they doing.

And then we realized that what they were doing is an entire psychology based funnel on how to make it really easy to sail using qualification of users out there, so that you’re making sure that people reach out to you only those people that are suitable and have a highest chance to buy.

And I’m gonna draw very shortly here, how that works, and how that helped us really like doubling about two or three months, the number of, the number of sales.

So you’re probably familiar with the fact that the product in itself, your product, is helping your customer either run away from a pain, they’re just running away from it, or they have a desire that they want to run towards.

So they either running away from a certain pen that they have in their business, and they want to overcome that they want to simplify something like that they want to remove some bottlenecks, or they have a big desire that is regarding, I don’t know, a better workflow handling within their business, more clients and etc.

A lot of other positive things that they may want in their business.

Now your product is meant to do just that.

Is meant to help your customer run away from the pain and getting desire or getting desired, depending on the focus of your product.

Now, how do we once we, once we have the entire strategy for your product like that, then you’ve got your customer in your view.

And now you know exactly who your customer is, there are a few things that I learned, that we learned over time working with startups, that helped us really make it so much easier to make them adopt our product, to make them buy our product to believe in it, understand it and then buy it.

And these things was number one: objections.

So the first thing was for us to understand: why doesn’t our customer our ideal customer, why? Why do they think that? Why are they concerned about abroad, like what makes them not go ahead and buy.

They have some objections.

It might be about that they think they, the product is not applicable to them, it may be the fact that it may seem to them that it’s not enough ROI, the product is too expensive.

And then what we understand is that we have to understand all these objections and find a way to overcome them, find a way to show them that you know, actually easy for you to install our product, it’s easy for you to configure our product and and all of these tips that I’m going to give it to you here is about making it easy for them.

Making it easy for them to achieve their desire to use their product and making it hard for them

to go on the path of seeing the future pain anymore.

So making it, make it hard for them to have that pain again, pain again, make it easy for them to make that to achieve that desire to implement that desire.

So objections is, is still, following these two things, an objection may be on how you can make it so easy to implement the product and get the desire or an objection is how you can make it, how you can make it hard to have that pain and how you can block the pain from now on using our product.

So we want to make sure, that we make it as easy as possible for our customer to understand the product and to apply the product.

So the first one is really understanding their objections, and see how we can make it easier for them to understand the product and apply well.

The second one is about the tools.

So another way to make it really easy for your ideal customer to implement your product.

Because this is what you want to do in order for them to, to see the real value in your product and to convert them as easy as possible.

The second thing that you can do is really give them all the tools that they need.

Give them, give them checklists, give them instructions, give them workflows on how to go from here to there, give them all the tools that they may need, and make it really easy for them to apply it.

Now the eight here stands for accountability, what you may want to do is you may want to help them, if they are not able to implement it, you may want to go a step closer to them.

And you may want to understand why are they not able to implement it.

Because if anybody has a fear, anybody has in the back of their mind, they have a reason for which is hard for them.

And even if they already purchased the product, what you want to make sure is that they are actually ending up reaching that desire.

I mean, if you’re an ethical product development, and you want to bring value to people, you don’t just care about selling and getting them in, you care about them, you care about actually getting them the results, having them achieve that desire.

And this is where the accountable counting took place.

Because sometimes on the way, even if you’ve handled their objections about how to about why it’s easy to implement the product, even if it gave them the tools on exactly step by step how to do it.

Sometimes they might be things that you don’t even think about that really blocks them on to how to implement those steps.

Exactly.

Maybe the fact that they’re the fact that they’re all over the place, it may be the fact that they they sometimes this checklist may have multiple options, and they don’t know exactly which one is applicable to them, which one to choose? Should they put a, should they put a webinar video sale on their page, should they create a PDF on their page, let’s say that you’re selling a consulting thing.

So you may have multiple options for them, as part of the specific tasking, maybe they didn’t know exactly what to choose, that’s when accountability is really important.

Now, I wanted to leave this d to the end, because this is something about not doing and this is about distractions.

And this has more to do with the pain of with running away from the pain is the fact that you need to make sure that you tell your customer and somehow you find a way to embed it into your product, that it’s very important for them to not get distracted while they’re using the product, while they’re implementing their product, in order for them to get that desire.

But you know, that’s the difference between a really solid, ethical product business, and one that is focused only on making money, you can just tell them that you can just tell them about the checklist, you can just tell them get things done.

But it’s a different thing to actually talk to them, to understand them to get closer to them, maybe to offer some one on one discussions to really understand deeper what’s going on over there.

So make sure that you find a way to understand their distractions and to remove those distractions.

Again, let’s get into the summary.

Our customers want to run away from the pain they want to get desire.

It’s your responsibility not only to sell them into the product, but to actually make it easy for them to get those results.

And in order to do that.

It helps if you give them a way to overcome any objections, why that might be hard for them to

implement.

You give them all the tools, templates, checklists, anything that would make it easier for them to do it.

Then you make it hard for them to get distracted.

Also by putting some stuff in the product, the way that you design the product, but also by telling them and maybe having a one on one conversation with them.

And the last one accountability, talk to them, try to give them step by step instructions on what to do until next week, check if they did it until next week, be close to your customer because this is one gonna build your brand.

Your reputation is going to turn you into an amazing business that really cares about your customers.

Weโ€™ll help you map out a plan to fix the problems in your business and get you to the next level. Answer a few questions on our application and then choose a time that works for you.

Are you just starting, or trying to take your software business off the ground? Do you sometimes notice days passing by and not making significant progress?

Even you have a list with tasks and milestones scheduled, if youโ€™re not making progress it means you are simply not motivated.

I remember a time not long ago when I had a week of almost full work paralysis. Itโ€™s when I revisited what truly motivates me.

In one of my recent coaching calls, I noticed that a client of mine was not making the progress that he committed to. But even worse, they didnโ€™t show much worry or discomfort about it.

It was more a sort of apathy…

So I asked them if they had another active money-producing source outside – they did.

Then I asked, what would happen if they moved slower for a period, would there be any concerns for them? They said… No.

Then I asked:

Are you certain there are people out there that really need your product? That would be so relieved to change their current solution with yours?

My client lighted up, and said:

Of course! They need this! They keep buzzing me, I have to do this! I owe it to them!

Sometimes we think weโ€™re doing things for money, for financial freedom, for more time to do what we love. And many times we do.

But what ultimately feels our lives with purpose is making other peopleโ€™s lives better.

A handshake with gratitude.

The excitement of waiting for a new feature that will conquer a pain.

Hereโ€™s what Iโ€™m covering in the video: ย

โœ… When is money a motivator
โœ… Why isnโ€™t time pressing enough for a founder
โœ… How to add value in a snap to your ideal customer and get moving!

Hey guys, I had a cold today with a coaching call with one of my clients.

And we were talking about what motivates the most in the early stages a founder that is building a software.

And we’re talking about a few, a few motivators that are very popular, usually amongst founders that are building software, one of them is money.

And, and we were thinking, listen, if is money really big motivator for you to move faster in the initial stages, to really go out and talk to customers to really build a prototype and then

and then build your MVP.

And, and before that, starting, pre selling, and later on, if you’re building MVP, start selling, why they’re building it, and so on and so forth, and build your marketing funnel and, and, and build entire business step by step and make every week significant progress is money, really, such a big motivation, like, oh, man, I gotta, I gotta do all these things really fast, because I gotta make money really fast, because I don’t have food at home.

The reality is that it’s not most people that build software business don’t build it, because they need food on the table.

And unless they build a software, they’re gonna have that food on the table.

No, most people have already jobs or, or they already have businesses.

And the reason for which they want to start and build the software is because they want to get a real financial freedom, they want to boost their business a lot by adding a software onto it, they want to, you know, they want to make money without being in the office just by selling and making a scalable business that goes on without them.

And that’s the main reason and just having some food on the table, it’s not gonna motivate someone to make that critical initial feedback.

Next, we’re thinking about his time, though, is, is you know, the fact that I’m turning 40.

And I have to have that softer out there, because I’m gonna go, I’m gonna, I’m getting old, and I’m not going to be healthy, and I’m not going to have the energy or someone’s just standing by me and is going to shoot me if I don’t build it this week, or his software’s are going to sell out opportunities to build software are just gonna vanish if I don’t build it in the next month.

Now, that’s not it.

So out of curiosity, towards the end, what is the biggest motivator for for founders, and what I found is that the biggest motivator is connection with people is getting results to people is building something that gets results to other people and seeing those results, you get so attached, you see them, you know, wow.

So happy that, that you help them save time or save money or, or get, you know, more accuracy in the process that they’re following in their business with their software, you’re just making their life easier.

And that seeing that result is what pumps your heart and really makes motivates you to move on and get more and more done.

And the question here is, what’s the earliest stage where you can actually get these, you know, attachments and results with your customers so that, you know, you see the results and you do something for them, you see results, then you build a little bit more, and then you see results.

And then you build a little bit more? Do you have to build an actual software in order to do that? And the truth is that no, you don’t have to even when you don’t have absolutely anything.

And the only thing that you have is the idea.

It’s a pain that you assume that is real.

And if you just go out there and do market research, and you and you go on Amazon, you look over the comments, and you go in Facebook groups, and you see people complaining about the problem that that you think that they’re having, and that confirmed God.

Yeah, they do indeed have this problem.

And what is the value that you can offer going in all these places and seeing that seeing the pain and seeing the problem? I mean, when you’re building a problem anyway, you’re going to implement a specific solution in it, for example, making something faster, making something more accurate, making something better, adding more information to a process, giving them a specific blueprint or path on how to do certain things, specific guidelines, and your software product is doing that for them.

But that doesn’t mean that you cannot do those things even without a software.

So what I would say is in order for you to get as motivated as possible to make those critical initial steps that gives you the momentum on building a software product.

Go to your customers to your target customers where they are, validate and confirm that they have that pain and start right there adding value, give them and tell them about the method that you’re selling.

planning to use in your software product? Did you know that if you did you know that if you chat on your website with your customers 20 seconds later, after they get onto your website, their engagement is going to increase with 200%.

Well, let me tell you how you can do that even without a chat or with or how you can apply this principle, even with your existing customers to improve how they are currently running their business and go into the middle of the problem that your software you’re planning to solve.

And give them some value right there without even having your software, give them something about the method, something that they can manually do something that they that can improve their lives, that can add value to them right there.

And then and this way, you’re going to get attached to them.

This way, they’re going to see you as a thought leader.

This way, they’re going to get interested in you, they’re going to whatever add you on Facebook This way, you can just build up a landing page with with an E book or something where you explain those steps.

And they’re going to give you your email addresses.

And later on, when you have the idea more articularly you have your prototype, ready to pre sell, then you can go back to them and actually pre sell them your product, but you already gave them some value.

So do this right now, if you have an idea, and if you didn’t have that momentum yet.

Go talk to them, help them right where they are right now.

become friends with them get attached, let them contact you respond to them, build those relationship, get out of your time, because this is what’s going to motivate you the fact you see someone needing your help reaching out for help.

The fact that you become a thought leader, you become someone that helps out that’s going to motivate you.

And that’s going to give you even the leads for when you have the next step.

You’re going to already go ahead and give them the next value and the next value and at a point, you’re going to be ready to sell them.

So go ahead and implement that if you need any help.
